For your convenience, our services are 100% mobile, we travel to you (generally your home or another convenient space)
In-Home Support & Transport
We offer a range of services to assist people with a disability to live independently.
Services include:
- meal preparation
- grocery shopping
- socialisation
- home cleaning
- gardening and lawn mowing
- personal care services (showering, dressing etc)
- transport to & from appointments
- general transport
- other services may be available upon request
Nursing Care Services
Services include:
- wound care
- bowel care & management
- enteral feeding
- catheter management
- diabetes management
- medication assistance
- general medical observations (blood pressure etc)
- other services may be available upon request
Occupational Health Services
Services include:
- Assistive Technology - help to find the right technology to suit your needs
- Home modifications - help to find the right equipment to meet your needs
- Other services may be available upon request
